The updates will enable Allseated to scale better and increase availability at the highest level of security. We have scheduled two maintenance periods over the next three weeks to install the updates to our infrastructure.
During these maintenance periods, you will not be able to access your account, which could impact events you have planned on maintenance dates.
Please make a note in your calendar of the following maintenance periods:
- Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 12:00 AM PST - 11:59 PM PST (24 hours)
- Sunday, November 26, 2023, from 12:00 AM PST - 10:00 AM PST (10 hours)
We understand the importance of minimizing those impacts as much as possible. We have several contingency suggestions to reduce the impact on you and your clients.
Before maintenance downtime:
Please take the following steps to ensure you can execute a flawless event:
- The day before the scheduled maintenance, log on to allseated.com and access your event(s).
- Print or PDF Export a copy of the floor plan(s) and export or print any of the Reports you may need, including floorplan inventory or Guest List.
Day of Maintenance downtime:
Our LiveChat team will be available if you have any issues during your event. Instruction for reaching the LiveChat team:
- Log on to Allseated.com; the login page will redirect you to a maintenance downtime page.
- On that page, you can click the LiveChat link and connect to an agent who can download your floor plans or Guest List.
We know how important and stressful the Day of Event can be, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience our maintenance downtime may cause.
