Once a prospect exploring the venue requests more information through the in-app contact form or chat request form, the prospect’s information appears in the venue dashboard, providing:
- Lead Name
- Lead Type:
- Leads (unqualified, submitted chat request form – name and email)
- Qualified leads (submitted contact venue form – name, email and event information)
- Chat request (short) form – name and email
- Contact venue (long) form – name, email and event information
- Last Visit
- Log in into the venue tour dashboard.
(Log in using the Allseated venue account email and password. If not seeing the venue after logging in, log in to the Allseated venue account again and then log in to the venue tour dashboard.)
- Select the venue.
- In the upper left corner, select the tab Lead Management.
