Q: Who is required to undergo training?
A: Those assigned a role within the event are required to be trained: speakers, stage managers, presenters, exhibitors, etc. EXVO is not the same as other virtual platforms and regardless of an individual’s experience in other platforms, we require training to ensure your camera, video, and audio work properly for the day of your event.
Q: Do attendees require any training?
A: Attendees do not need to attend any trainings, as they will watch an onboarding tutorial video when first arriving in EXVO. This tutorial shows how to connect your audio and video to the platform, as well as how to set up your avatar profile. We do suggest sending the housekeeping rules a few days ahead of the event, so that they can be prepared with the right computer and Google Chrome browser which we recommend for optimal use.
Q: Will I have support during the live event?
A: Yes. Allseated provides a 24/7 technical support chat and administrative support during your event, in the EXVO platform. This is for all of your attendees should they experience any difficulties – we run a private group with the organizers all throughout the event. We do not provide support outside of using the EXVO platform for attendees.
