4.1. Overview
Venue representative:
Manage venue spaces, floorplan layouts and prospects.
4.2. Create a floorplan template in Allseated OPS
Venue representative:
- Purchase a subscription to Vision.
- Registered as a venue, log into your Allseated (OPS) account.
- Select a venue.
- Select a floorplan.
- Create a floorplan layout.
- Above the floorplan, in the horizontal menu, select the icon Templates.
- At the bottom of the pop-up window Templates, provide the floorplan with a name.
- Select the button Save (saving the floorplan with layout as a template).
At the top of the pop-up window Templates, the new floorplan template appears.
4.3. Delete or overwrite a floorplan template in Allseated OPS
Venue representative:
- If not already signed into your Allseated OPS account, log into your account.
- Select a venue.
- Select a floorplan.
- Select a floorplan layout.
- Above the floorplan, in the horizontal menu, select the icon Templates.
- Next to the template name, to the right of the buttons Add and Load, select the icon with three horizontal dots (…).
- From the drop-down menu:
a. To remove a template, select the menu item Delete.
b. To overwrite a template, repeat Create a Floorplan Template steps 3 – 6.
c. Select the menu item Overwrite.
4.4. Preview a template in Allseated OPS
Venue representative:
Preview templates in OPs before publishing in Vision. Once published, anyone with the Vision link can see the template. To add a thumbnail and capacity for the new template, in the Venue Dashboard, go into Settings.
4.5. Publish a floorplan template from Allseated OPS to Allseated Vision
Venue representative:
- If not already signed into your Allseated OPS account, log into your account.
- Select a venue.
- Select a floorplan.
- Select a floorplan layout.
- Above the floorplan, in the horizontal menu, select the icon Templates.
- Next to the template name, to the right of the buttons Add and Load, select the icon with three horizontal dots (…).
- From the drop-down menu, select the menu item Publish (to the) Widget.
- For the widget (optionally), give the template a new name.
- To the right of the template name, in the drop-down menu Type, select a type.
- Select the button Save.
The floorplan template is now connected to the widget. Next to the floorplan template name appears the icon Widget.
4.6. Remove a floorplan template from Allseated Vision
Venue representative:
- If not already signed into your Allseated OPS account, log into your account.
- Select a venue.
- Select a floorplan.
- Select a floorplan layout.
- Above the floorplan, in the horizontal menu, select the icon Templates.
- Next to the template name, to the right of the buttons Add and Load, select the icon with three horizontal dots (…).
- To remove a template from the widget, from the drop-down menu, select the menu item Remove (from) Widget.
4.7. Use the Vision venue dashboard
Venue representative:
- Log in into your venue dashboard.
(Log in using the Allseated OPS venue account email and password. If not seeing the venue after logging in, log in to the Allseated OPS venue account again and then log in to the venue dashboard.) -
In the back-end dashboard, in the left side panel, select the tab Widget Customization (a preview of your widget).
3. To edit the widget, in the top right corner, select the button Edit Widget.
4. To customize your widget, on the left, in venue space thumbnails, select a space. On the right side of the selected thumbnail, appear customization icons:
a. To edit the information on the thumbnail and 3D main view space, select the icon pencil.
(opens to the right of the main view space, the side panel Edit Space)
b. In the the side panel Edit Space:
1) Select the button Capture Image (in the center of the screen, in the 3D view space window, use your cursor to select a new view of the space and take a picture, select the icon camera).
2) To upload or replace an image from your computer, select the button Edit Gallery.
3) Below the 3D view space, the image gallery appears. Add images from your computer (drag-and drop or select the button Upload Media).
4) In the panel Edit gallery to the right, to replace existing media, select the button Replace Media.
5) Alternatively, select the button (...). From the drop-down menu, choose the menu items:
a) Capture image
b) Or Edit gallery (or on the bottom left of the 3D main view space, select the icon Gallery).
c) Repeat steps 4b.1) - 4).
c. Edit the venue space size (the size can only be changed in the space thumbnails and will be the same for all templates).
d. Edit the capacity (change the number input. The capacity can differ between templates and can therefore be altered per each template).
e. To hide/show a thumbnail, select the icon View.
f. To change the order of the thumbnails, on the left side of each thumbnail, drag and drop using the dotted rectangle.
(Layouts/templates share the same functionality except hide/show a thumbnail (as
layouts/templates are published or unpublished to the widget in OPS).
5. Once a lead exploring the venue requests more information through the in-app contact form or chat request form, the prospect’s information appears in the venue dashboard. (Optionally, manually add a prospect to the dashboard. In the upper right corner of the dashboard, select the button Add Lead.)

If the prospect leaves information, the prospect receives an automatically generated link to their collaborative space with the venue representative via email. (Each prospect has a unique collaborative space to allow communication and customization.) The venue representative has access to this link through the lead management dashboard. The venue representative and prospect can provide the link to collaborate in the space to anyone.
6. At the top of the venue dashboard:
a. In the left corner, find prospects using the search functionality or filter by lead type and date.
b. In the upper right corner, export information or review analytics.
Analytics (sortable by week, month or year) include:
- Total Visits
- Average Engagement Time
- Submissions (forms submitted)
- Visitors (number of visitors over selected period)
- Clicks per page
c. In the upper right corner, select the icon (person). In the drop-down menu, under your name and email address, select the link Logout.
d. In the dashboard, select a prospect. To the right of the selected prospect, the prospect’s information appears. To review:
1) Contact and event information, select the link Details.
2) Chat history and continue in an active chat, select the link Chat.
Note: While venue representatives can’t initiate a chat, once a prospect initiates a chat, venue representatives can respond through chat and (if prospect is interested) start a walk-and-talk meeting in the venue space.
