5. Vision 2.0 (Private Beta) - Collaborate with Prospects and Customers

Venue representative:

1. To enter the venue space with the prospect or customer, in the venue dashboard, upper right corner, select the button Open Link.
   
   
   
   
2. To start a meeting, in the venue space, upper right corner, select the button Start Meeting (appears only for the venue representative). Once the venue representative selects the button Start Meeting, the button changes to End Meeting (appears for the venue team member and prospect.)
   
   
   
   
3. To follow the prospect in the space, in the upper right corner, hover on the circle with the prospect’s initials and select the button Follow Lead. (Appears only for the venue representative while the call is active.)
   
4. To have the prospect follow you in the venue space, in the upper right corner, hover on the circle with your initials and select the button Follow Me. (Appears only for the venue representative while the call is active.)
   
5. In the venue (Vision Plus scans only), add hotspots (venue representatives only) to provide notes. (Venue representatives and prospects can select hotspots and view corresponding notes.)
   
   
   1. In the venue space, lower left corner (5 stacked icons), select the icon Add note.
      
      
      
      
   2. In the pop-up, add the note title, the note and select the button Add.
      
      
      
   3. To end a meeting, in the upper right corner, select the button End Meeting.
